The Utility Rebate Program offers utility rebates checks of $10 increments up to the face value of the Rebate Certificate issued by participating Retailers.

Consumers must submit prior month electricity, fuel or utility usage billing statements according to instructions provided within 30 days of receipt to receive a rebate or any portion thereof.

Electricity usage billing statements must be submitted and exceed $10 to qualify, for 10 consecutive months.
